In the crowded courtrooms of Delhi, where young lawyers struggled to find their voice and their footing, the idea of Law Learning Bench was born-not in a boardroom, but in the waiting halls outside the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
Adv. Mithilesh Kumar Pandey, a practicing advocate and educator, observed a growing disconnect: law graduates, even from reputable institutions, were entering the profession unprepared for the courtroom—unsure of how to present, draft, argue, or even engage with clients. They had degrees, but not direction. Knowledge, but no voice.
He knew that the legal education system, while rich in theory, had not caught up with the courtroom’s evolving demands.
So, alongside a group of like-minded lawyers and guided by some of the most respected names in Indian jurisprudence - including Hon’ble Shri K.G. Balakrishnan, Hon’ble Shri Ajay Rastogi, and Shri S.R. Yadav, Law Learning Bench was formed: a platform committed to training advocates, not just teaching law.
🎯 Our Purpose
We began with a clear mission: to build courtroom-ready, ethically grounded legal professionals where access to quality mentorship is limited. We envisioned a platform that brought real litigation training to the fingertips of aspiring lawyers-through live sessions, mock trials, guest lectures, and recorded modules led by senior advocates, judges, and legal scholars.
📚 What We Offer
From our flagship Courtroom Advocacy Skills Training Programme to workshops on legal English, cross-examination, ethics, and drafting-every course at Law Learning Bench is designed with one goal: practice before profession.
We don’t just record lectures. We simulate trials. We don’t just teach communication. We teach presence. We don’t just offer certificates. We offer confidence in the courtroom.
🌱 Our Impact
Today, we are proud to mentor thousands of students and young lawyers across India. Our guest lectures by Supreme Court judges, IPS officers, and senior litigators have not only educated but inspired. And through our growing network of partner colleges and our presence across platforms, we're not just preparing lawyers-we're reshaping the way law is taught and practiced in India.
⚖️ Our Belief
Law is not just a profession. It's a responsibility.
At Law Learning Bench, we’re building a generation of lawyers who are not only skilled-but honest, articulate, and deeply committed to justice.
We don’t just teach law. We build advocates for justice.
